Marc started his career at Banque Cantonale de Genève and holds a degree in Economics and Management from HEC in Geneva.

Alexandre is the risk officer responsible for overseeing ITERAM’s global risk function and operational framework. He served as deputy Chief Risk Officer at Edmond de Rothschild in Geneva where he was in charge of supervising trading activities and risk budgeting for traditional funds and alternative investment solutions. He began his career at Edmond de Rothschild in Paris in 2012 as a quantitative financial risk analyst. Alexandre holds a Master in Engineering from INSA and the CAIA and FRM certifications.

Moïra joined ITERAM as operational due diligence manager dedicated to hedge funds and venture capital strategies. She has extensive knowledge of financial markets as risk manager having worked at Nestlé Capital and Lloyds Banking Group in Switzerland, focusing on alternative investments. Moïra started her career in 2003 at Natixis Capital Markets and Lehman Brothers in New York. Moira is a certified FRM and holds a Master’s degree in Mathematics of Finance from Columbia University and a Master’s degree in Economics from the University of Geneva.

Marouane is a portfolio manager and analyst at ITERAM and a member of the investment committee. His main responsibilities are to source managers and manage the company’s hedge fund portfolios. He started his career at Lyxor Asset Management in Paris as a hedge fund analyst. Marouane graduated from NEOMA Business School with a MSc in Finance.

Roy Charles Bates is Head of Private Debt and brings significant experience working across the alternative investment spectrum. Roy joined from REYL Intesa Sanpaolo, where he was structuring credit lending facilities and advising on corporate finance transactions. Prior to that, he spent a decade working as a corporate and finance lawyer at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, Willkie Farr & Gallagher and Clifford Chance, advising financial institutions, public bodies and corporate and private equity sponsors on complex domestic and cross-border transactions across multiple industries. Roy holds the French bar qualification and received a MA in Banking and Finance Law from University of Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne. He holds the designation of Certified Wealth Management Advisor.

Prior to that, he founded, ran and sold a technology-based company in Latin America. From 2012 to 2019, he was responsible for corporate venture capital activities at Qualcomm. Claudio has previously worked at Itaú-Unibanco, Lycos, A.T. Kearney, Vennad Capital, and Mont Blanc Asset Management. He was more recently with Brainvest, since 2016, where he has structured and developed investments in the United States (real estate equity and debt, private debt, special situations, private equity) and in Brazil (real estate debt and equity) totaling over 120 million dollars. He is fluent in Portuguese, English, and Spanish. He holds a BS in Industrial Engineering from the University of Sao Paulo (Escola Politécnica) and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Yves Claude is an independent non-executive board member and strategic advisor with 20+ years of multi-functional and managerial experience in banking and financial services in Switzerland and abroad. In 1994, he opened BCV’s first overseas office in Singapore and in 2001 launched
